As consumer preferences evolved, the company broadened its focus beyond children's novelty lighting and embraced a more design-led approach to decorative lighting, marking an important evolution in the company's journey. This period also saw the launch of its first solar-powered products, responding to growing interest in both interior decoration and innovation.
2010
The growing availability of warm white LED technology opened the door to new possibilities in decorative lighting. This period saw the creation of classic designs such as Crystal Chic, Coco Chic, Cabana Chic and Pearl, which would go on to become some of the company's most popular and enduring favourites, helping to define the company's signature collection for years to come.
2013
As the business continued to grow, a new home was established in South Wimbledon, bringing the warehouse, office and showroom together under one roof. The move streamlined day-to-day operations and provided the additional space needed to support an expanding product range and growing customer base. By this stage, the company's products were reaching an increasingly diverse audience through well-known retailers including Harrods, Liberty, MUJI and Cox & Cox, a proud reflection of the company's continued growth and reputation.
2016
After more than 10 years focused on decorative lighting, the company had established itself as a trusted name in the industry. To reflect its growing expertise, vision and identity, the business was rebranded as Lightstyle London, a name that captured its identity, passion and commitment to lighting, and signalled the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the company.
2017
Introduction of the solar-powered Starburst, an adaptation of one of the company's most popular indoor designs for outdoor living. This new version offered a simple way to introduce decorative lighting to gardens and patios, and soon became one of the company's most popular outdoor products, demonstrating the brand's ability to successfully translate its signature designs across different environments.
2020
Paying tribute to a much-loved icon of the English countryside, the Robin LED light quickly captured the hearts of customers across the country. The design rapidly became a best-seller and one of the company's most cherished creations to date. Its enduring appeal helped establish it as one of the company's most successful design, becoming a true icon within the Lightstyle London collection.
2023
Driven by a commitment to sustainability, Lightstyle London embarked on a transition to completely plastic-free packaging, reducing its reliance on single-use plastics and taking a meaningful step towards more environmentally responsible business practices, reflecting the company's commitment to creating a better future for generations to come.
