Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Lightstyle London Limited cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon the supply of goods.


Selling online

As of January 2015 we will no longer be able to supply any customers selling our goods through Amazon or Ebay. Selling on either Amazon or Ebay will result in the automatic termination of the account without prior warning.


Minimum order value




 In cases we have made an error please contact us to arrange a free collection. If you have changed your mind or want to return the goods for any other reason please contact us to discuss the return.

Please be aware that such returns shipped back to Lightstyle London Limited are paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees.


We will NOT accept returns of products which:

- Have been damaged in any way; or

- Have your own stickers or price labels attached

Returned products MUST be in their original packaging and outer packaging.

If you are returning items for exchange be aware that an additional delivery charge may apply.


Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item please contact us in writing via email at providing photographic or video evidence.

We do our very best to ensure that all of our goods are delivered in perfect working condition, however, occasionally there may be a fault. If the product is faulty within 12 months of purchase due to a fault in manufacturing, Light Style London Ltd will provide a credit note for the faulty item. We are unable to offer replacements.

We reserve the right to inspect reported faulty goods at random (or send goods to be tested within a reasonable time) to determine whether the problem is caused by accident, misuse or manufacturing. The warranty does not apply to reasonable wear and tear or where goods have been altered or repaired without our prior approval approval.

Credit notes will be valid for 1 year from the date they are issued.


Out of Stock Items and Back Orders

We always aim to keep our website up to date. At busy times several customers may place orders for the same item causing them to go out of stock. Orders that contain products that are out of stock at the time of order (and not due back in stock within the next seven days), will be sent out without those items. We will hold your 'back order' and let you know when it becomes available.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

 We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, or the incorrect items delivered, please contact us immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 5 working days. Any incorrect items will be collected at our own cost.

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.


 We accept debit / credit cards or BACS transfer. At present we do not accept payments via our website. Existing customers are entitled to 30 days credit.


Pro-Forma accounts:

 All payments must be made up-front in full prior to delivery of the goods,  either by BACS or by card over the phone


Credit Accounts:

 Lightstyle London Limited will issue an invoice upon delivery of goods to the customer. Unless otherwise agreed payments shall be made in full within 30 days from the date of the invoice. If payments are not made on time we will close any credit extended to you with our any prior notice and will only be able to supply further orders on Pro-Forma basis.

Each customer will be issued with a credit limit, should a customer's account go over their credit limit they will be asked to settle the balance before orders are sent. 

Non-UK Customers:

All payments must be made up-front in full prior to delivery of the goods.
