Delivery costs:

Online orders do not show the exact shipping cost. The correct shipping cost will be shown on the invoice, pro-forma or order confirmation you will receive from us. An electronic version of the invoice will be emailed prior to the order being dispatched.

Minimum order value:

£150.00 excluding VAT

UK Mainland (all values exclude VAT):

Orders below £450 excluding VAT: £10 carriage

Orders above £450 excluding VAT: Free carriage

Delivery outside of Mainland UK:
For all other locations outside Mainland UK please contact us for prices. If no contact is made prior to placing an order we will assume you accept our delivery charges.

Carriage charge is based on the cheapest service we have available to you and it depends on the actual size and weight of the order. The charge is calculated on a 60cm x 60cm box basis with a weight limit of up to 30Kg. Each 60cm x 60cm box incurs a set of delivery charges. Lead-time also varies between countries. 

Pallet delivery:

For large orders we can provide pallet delivery. Please contact us for further details. We will always try and send your goods in the most economical and safest way to you.

Delivery times:

UK Mainland orders are usually delivered within 1 - 2 working days from the moment they are dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery lead times for Non-UK Mainland orders are variable, please contact us for an estimation. During peak season (September - December) deliveries are likely to take longer than normal, due to increased activity with us and our courier. 

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm. You can change your delivery time by replying to the notification email or text you will receive from DPD. Saturday deliveries are available at an additional charge,
please contact us for a quote.

Failed deliveries:

We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches. Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect from your nearest depot. If collection is not made within 7 days the goods will be returned to us at a charge that will be passed on to you. Keeping the above in mind please do not arrange delivery to a location where you will not be able to accept it.

Our courier service provides delivery updates by email and mobile text, please make sure to provide these details to us to avoid failed deliveries.
